Brilliant Move is an on-demand network of the best white glove delivery service providers in the United States which can be leveraged by retailers and consumers for a premium delivery experience of high value goods. The app connects the consumer to reputable delivery providers that offer white glove delivery service to their room of choice. Once approved as a value-added provider, the app will provide a listing of available orders in your area. Providers can accept or decline orders.

A white-glove delivery is an excellent level of service that exceeds customer’s expectations. A 2-men crew will inspect and professionally pad, move, load, unload item directly from store to the customer’s room of choice. When necessary, the Delivery team will wear clean gloves and foot covers while in the customer’s home.

Submit your information and upload all the required documents via the app. You’ll sign an Agreement, go through an introduction session and clear a background check. When you are approved on the platform, you will receive access to login to the Brilliant Move Provider app.

  LLC or Corporation

·         Valid Driver’s License

·         Model year 2009 or newer cargo van, box truck ONLY

·         Vehicle must have an up to date registration for the state of origin

·         Certificate of Insurance including:

o   Commercial General Liability:  $1,000,000 USD per occurrence and $2,000,000 USD in the aggregate

o   Business Automobile:  $1,000,000 USD Per Occurrence

o   Motor Truck Cargo:  Not Less Than $25,000 USD per Shipment

o   Worker's Compensation:  Limits not less than prescribed by state law.

o   Name Brilliant Move, Inc as additional insured 

·         Able to pass a background check

·         2-men Crew

·         At least 1 year experience providing white glove delivery service to furniture companies

·         Provide at least 3 furniture retail client references

·         Checking account for direct deposit

·         Functional iOS or Android smartphone

·         Exceptional customer service

·         A professional attitude

·         Basic tools for simple assembly work

·         Must read, write and speak English

The process will take approximately 2 weeks from the moment you’ve submitted all the requirements. This can vary due to background checks. You will be contacted via email to advise where your application is in the process.

The app will provide a detail of earnings per delivery completed. All payments are made via direct deposit on a weekly basis.

It is the customer’s responsibility to clear the space where the item(s) will be placed prior to delivery. The delivery crew will not move furniture currently in the home, nor move or set up electrical equipment.

The delivery crew does a rigorous inspection prior to accepting stewardship of the item(s). If any imperfections are noticed during inspection, the delivery crew contacts the customer prior to loading the item(s) onto the van or truck. The delivery crew takes all necessary precautions to protect the item(s) during transit by properly padding and securing the item.
